Returns and refunds

Each R&R Creations piece is carefully handmade. Shells, pearls, keishis and other natural elements may present slight variations in shape, colour, size or surface. These features are part of their unique character and do not constitute defects.

Return request

For any return request, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order via the Contact page of the website, indicating your order number and the reason for your request.

The item must be returned:

• unworn and unused;
• in its original condition;
• with its original packaging, when provided.

No return may be made without prior approval.

Custom-made creations

Personalised, modified or specially made-to-order creations cannot be returned or refunded, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or an error on my part, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

Defective item or order error

If your order arrives damaged, defective or does not match your order, please contact me as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging so that I can offer an appropriate solution.
